Richard Crighton has an insatiable appetite for success. Attaining his Nevada Real Estate license at the tender age of 18 was only the beginning. By the time Crighton was 19, he owned and managed multiple apartment buildings, attended University of Nevada Las Vegas and developed a business plan to open a real estate brokerage. The following year, along with his younger brother Ryan, Richard Crighton became the youngest person to own and operate a real estate brokerage, Crighton Real Estate Holdings LLC, in the State of Nevada. Now in its fifth year, Crighton Real Estate Holdings LLC is home to approximately 25 real estate licensees and recorded sales in 2006 over $69 million. In 2006, at age 25, Richard had personal sales of more than $32 million in a single year. In 2006, he teamed up once again with brother Ryan Crighton and long-time friend, Chris Shelton, to create RCS Development, a development company specializing in niche markets of the Las Vegas valley. RCS Development currently has more than $20 million worth of retail, office space and residential development in the construction process. Richard Crighton is a Las Vegas native and currently resides in Lake Las Vegas with his wife Stephanie and daughter Carli.

Chris Shelton Principal RCS Development 1669 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy Ste: 100 Henderson, NV 89012 tel 702.480.3029 fax 702.932.8826 www.lvshoppingcenter.com
Legend has it that Chris Shelton was born with a development pro-forma in his hand. Being mentored in real estate by his father, Rick Shelton, as a child, there was never a doubt he would enter the real estate business. However, no one expected it would happen so quickly. At age 18, Shelton received his real estate license and immediately went into the family-owned company, Remax Associates. Within three years, Chris had won the highest level of award in Remax sales, the Chairman's Club award. The progression to investing and developing was natural for Chris and by age 21, he and long-time friend Richard Crighton were buying and selling houses, apartment buildings and land. At age 21, Shelton was invited to appear on Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," and appeared on the show until the final weeks of airing. After the show, Shelton went back to work and moved on to bigger and better projects. He has currently been a principal buyer or seller in over $32 million of real estate. Now the co-creator of RCS Development with his partner Richard Crighton, RCS has approximately $20 million under development in the Las Vegas Valley -- ranging from retail, office space and residential.

Ryan Crighton Vice President RCS Development 1669 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy Ste: 100 Henderson, NV 89012 tel 702.217.1048 fax 702.932.8826 www.lvshoppingcenter.com
Ryan Crighton is the co-founder of Crighton Real Estate Holdings LLC and the Vice President of RCS Development. Never one to waste time, Crighton skipped a year in high school and enrolled directly in Real Estate school at age 17, immediately joining older brother Richard Crighton in opening Crighton Real Estate Holdings LLC, their own Real Estate brokerage. Managing the day-to-day operations of both the real estate brokerage and the development company is not an easy task, but as Ryan says "if it was easy, everyone could do it." The Crighton brothers are also the exclusive listing agents for Vantage Lofts, an $80 million modern condo project under construction on Gibson and Paseo Verde in Henderson. As a Las Vegas native, Ryan has watched the town he grew up in metamorphis into a true metropolis. Always observing and studying growth, Ryan knew his business would be real estate. Ryan is involved in every intricate detail of both growing a company and then sustaining healthy growth, while still being a positive impact to the community. He currently resides in the foothills of Henderson.
