The Brainchild of close friends and business partners Richard  Crighton, Chris Shelton and Ryan Crighton, RCS Development was formed to fill a void in the world of Commercial Development in the Greater Las Vegas area. "Everywhere we looked we saw evidence the consumer, or, end user, of retail and office uses were bored with the status qou. In the new millennium, the general public is far more educated and sophisticated than the average developer realizes" states co-founder Chris Shelton.  In order to facilitate filling that void, while at the same time being a positive impact on the business community that ultimately leases space in the developments, we put together a comprehensive team ranging from architects and engineers, general contractors, attorneys, leasing agents and public relations that could work so efficiently we actually produce superior projects through site location, construction, meeting anticipated timeframes and below market lease rates.

In the end, it is our ever present goal to create commercial projects that are a benefit to the consumer, that offer value to our tenants (which we view as partners towards the long term success and viability of the development), and to create new levels of expectations for the community as a whole to look forward to in a commercial development.
